Cynthia is an experienced and purposeful professional with a strong background in record and information management, data analysis, and program management. Over a decade of expertise in continuous quality improvement projects focusing on improving the quality of care, reducing costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. She once served as a Board Member and Fiscal Officer at the District of Columbia Health Information Management Association (CSA). Cynthia recently joined the GWDC ARMA Chapter in 2023.
