GAYLE E. HUGGINS, MBM

Gayle E. Huggins is the Custodian of Records for Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS), Maryland, and supervisor of the Office of Student Records, Transfers, and Archival Services (OSRTAS).  The school system is the second largest in Maryland and has an enrollment of 131,000+ students.  Gayle has over 20 years of experience with records management and leading efforts to automate student records management within PGCPS.  She has been a member of ARMA since 2015 and recently joined the GWDC ARMA Chapter Board of Directors.
