Doug Yates is an accomplished executive and advisor in the Intelligent Information Management (IIM) Practice of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. and its Quality Associates, Inc. (QAI) division, along with its affiliate, DocPoint Solutions.
As a consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he is a seasoned expert in document/records management, process improvement, and related business technology. Currently, Mr. Yates is responsible for managing and improving client relationships nationwide by helping organizations better leverage their technology investments. Relying on his expertise to analyze complex environments and challenges, Mr. Yates understands a collaborative approach and a strong commitment to the customer/employee experience, which is essential within an organization to successfully improve document/records management, processes, and security.
Prior to joining the company, he served in leadership positions and consultative roles, working in both the private and public sectors to advance solutions for managed IT, collaboration, business technology, and document/records management.
